In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our bakeries, focusing on quality control, product formulation, and equipment productivity. You will analyze production processes and tackle product variations with a scientific approach. Your expertise will also contribute to new product launches and improvements of existing offerings, ensuring that they meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting sessions to improve product quality
• Analyze and resolve product variations effectively
• Innovate processes and test new technologies
• Train plant employees on manufacturing processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimization
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Chemistry
• Minimum 1 year Bakery R&D experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Canada (25%)
