Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a Lean Continuous Improvement program to meet key objectives

• Implement productivity improvements in various manufacturing processes

• Organize improvement workshops and kaizen events

• Report insights and progress to Plant Leadership regularly

Requirements:

• Required Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing settings

• At least 2 years in Continuous or Lean-focused roles

• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques

• Willingness to travel as needed for onsite vendor engagements
