Eventscape is looking for a proficient Production Coordinator with 3–7 years' experience in custom manufacturing. In this hands-on position, you will liaise between project management and fabrication teams, maintain production schedules, and oversee material procurement. Your expertise in structural steel fabrication and architectural millwork will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed production schedules for projects

• Coordinate workflow across multiple fabrication departments

• Track progress and proactively address delays

• Prepare accurate take-offs from design documentation

• Source and qualify vendors and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 3–7 years in a manufacturing or fabrication setting

• Experience with high-end architectural millwork

• Strong understanding of custom production processes

• Proficient in reading architectural and shop drawings
