Position: Full-Time Meat and Seafood Production Packer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product assembly and packaging efficiently and accurately

• Operate food processing equipment safely and effectively

• Maintain documentation for yield and traceability

• Clean equipment and the production area thoroughly

• Ensure compliance with OHSA and food safety regulations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in food processing

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and similar equipment

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity for heavy lifting and working in cooler conditions

• Strong math skills for production specifications
