In the role of Team Lead, you'll ensure that safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while managing workforce plans and succession. Your responsibilities include overseeing maintenance practices and fostering a high-performance team culture with clear communication strategies in a union setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive safety and quality standards across the manufacturing line

• Formulate budgets and manage operational costs

• Engage in recruiting and team development strategies

• Lead maintenance initiatives using AM and PM frameworks

• Overcome interpersonal challenges effectively in union environments

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Team Leader experience

• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma methodologies

• Proficient communication in both written and verbal

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related areas

• Strong leadership capabilities in a manufacturing context
