This unionized Batch Maker position involves learning and applying our policies while performing tasks with minimal supervision. You will work closely with another operator to control processes and monitor product changes. Key tasks include conducting various tests during production and maintaining a safe and clean work environment to support your team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor equipment and maintain safety at all times

• Perform chemical testing during production processes

• Keep accurate records on batch cards

• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery

• Manage bulk loading and raw material control

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Skilled in volumetric and mass calculations

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred

• Ability to lift 50lbs and adapt to shifts

• Must use required PPE continuously
