Packaging Operational Excellence Lead

Take on significant responsibilities as an Operational Excellence Leader focused on packaging at Teva Pharmaceuticals in Toronto, Canada. Lead critical improvement projects that enhance efficiency and safety within manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute packaging optimization projects for improved yield

• Support the development of Long Range Plans for the site

• Analyze OEE metrics to sustain performance improvements

• Mentor teams in Lean practices and problem-solving tools

• Enable cross-functional collaboration for compliance and scalability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Technical Discipline

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments

• Preferred experience in Lean or CI roles in pharmaceuticals

• Proficiency in ERP and data analysis systems

• Lean Six Sigma certifications advantageous
