Pilot Coffee Roasters is hiring a dedicated Packaging and Production Assistant at our Wagstaff facility. In this role, your duties will include accurately packing Direct Trade coffee, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring an organized production area. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working collaboratively while managing diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders across B2C and B2B channels

• Pack and seal roasted coffee consistently

• Aid in inventory management and organization

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the production area

• Follow daily KPIs set for the production team

Requirements:

• Secondary education completion required

• Valid G-Class driver's license is a beneficial asset

• Forklift license considered a valuable asset

• Experience in packing or food production preferred

• Familiarity with iOS systems is favorable
