Eataly is hiring for an Overnight Bread Baker to create fresh bread and focaccia.
Your role will involve following traditional recipes, maintaining health standards, and interacting with customers who inquire about our baking process. Your commitment to quality and cleanliness is vital for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare artisan bread and focaccia for production
• Follow precise baking and proofing techniques
• Keep the production area clean and sanitary
• Master different baking processes and shifts
• Assist and engage guests with product knowledge
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in a baking preparation role
• Proficiency in basic math and measuring
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Open to overnight shifts and physical activity, including lifting
