Take charge as NWI Precision’s Manufacturing Manager at our Toronto facility. Your leadership will drive quality production and foster efficient machining operations.
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will directly oversee CNC machining operations while ensuring all production meets the highest standards. Your expertise, backed by at least five years of proven experience, will guide teams through complex performance challenges, instilling a commitment to safety and excellence. Strategic collaboration across departments will be integral to achieving production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of CNC production scheduling
• Ensure safety compliance and operational regulations are met
• Drive workforce planning and skill deployment efforts
• Use data to analyze departmental performance and implement changes
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives throughout the team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Background in CNC machining and production scheduling
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO
9001 quality systems
• Effective decision-making and communication skills
• Technical expertise in machining and measuring tools
