Bakery Mixer​/Line Worker

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full‑time and part‑time line worker, responsible for cookie depositing, baking, packaging, and packing out orders. The role requires a high level of comfort performing tasks such as baking cookies and brownies, packaging, and labeling products. The candidate should work to continually improve customer satisfaction and promote a positive working environment among co‑workers.

• Prepare top‑quality menu items in a timely manner
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces
• Maintain a positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Pack and label all products accurately
• Assist with order packing and shipping
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high‑speed work environment

• Minimum of 5 years experience in food manufacturing (required)
• Food handler certification (must)
• Previous baking experience is a strong plus
• Good manufacturing process training an asset
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Desire to help others and a high level of personal comfort with food preparation and packaging
