Position: Atlantic Packaging Paper Machine Leadership Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your primary responsibility as Paper Machine Superintendent will be to enhance production through effective TPM practices while prioritizing safety and environmental stewardship. You will leverage your expert knowledge to develop your team and ensure quality standards are consistently met, making a notable impact in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instill a culture of safety and environmental compliance

• Implement and monitor TPM practices for efficiency

• Manage operational issues with swift troubleshooting

• Collaborate on capital projects for equipment upgrades

• Develop team performance through coaching and feedback

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Engineering degree or technical discipline preferred

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
