Roles & Responsibilities- Support supervision of the liquid and powder plant.
- Execute the production plan as needed based on orders and priorities.
- Ensure all production policies and procedures are strictly followed.
- Organize staff and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Provide timely responses to customer order requests and ensure deadlines are met.
- Enforce requirements of PWI and quality control systems.
- Participate in batch creation to meet deadlines.
- Follow material handling policies and procedures.
- Operate heavy equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack, safely and efficiently.
- Control the entries for the scrubber operation & the production records.
- Participate in maintenance interventions and upgrades of equipment.
- Update the plant manager on breakages.
- Monitor the daily pre‑shift inspections.
- Work with quality control to rework materials that do not meet specifications.
- Maintain GMP and valuable housekeeping of the liquid plant.
- Maintain liquid plant quality control and sampling records.
- Verify the weight/counts of the bags, weight on labels for every bulk batch, the correct palletizing, labeling, fill quantities, and appearance of all outputs of the liquid plant.
- Issue and create production orders and labels.
- Enforce Nutri AG safety policies and procedures.
- Train new employees and give orientation upon arrival.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a production lead role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, with limited oversight, in a face‑paced environment.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Prolonged exposure to temperatures in both low and high temperature environments.
- Lift up to 25kg bags.
