You will oversee the seamless flow of goods, enhance quality assurance protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure your team meets future manufacturing needs through strategic planning and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage factory design and layout processes

• Develop manufacturing requirements and protocols

• Lead quality assurance program establishment

• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events

• Hire, coach, and supervise manufacturing staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar

• Ten years of manufacturing experience

• Preferred: P. Eng. and MBA

• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems

• Lean Six Sigma and PMP designations are a bonus
