Position: Experienced Cabinetmaker for Custom Millwork
Join a thriving custom cabinet shop as an Experienced Cabinetmaker focusing on quality craftsmanship and detailed finishes. Utilize woodworking machines and hand tools to create exceptional cabinetry.

In this position, you'll work in a custom environment with a specialization in cabinets and built-in units. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you'll study plans and specifications to form complete units, reinforcing joints and smoothing surfaces with advanced techniques. Attention to detail is paramount as you finish products with stain, polish, and laminate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machines for cutting and shaping parts

• Shape wood surfaces using hand tools and equipment

• Study plans to create accurate cabinetry

• Fit and trim parts together for complete assemblies

• Sand and finish surfaces, applying stains and varnishes

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 3 to 5 years of cabinetmaking experience

• Proficiency in using power and hand tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
