Machine Operator

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy understanding how machines work? SupremeX is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Adjusters. Experience in printing, packaging, converting, maintenance, automotive, or manufacturing is an asset, but envelope experience is not required—we provide full training.

• Set up, operate, and adjust high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Monitor product quality and optimize machine performance.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and follow safety procedures.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or technical setting.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes.
