Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pack products based on customer specifications

• Maintain production rates to fulfill customer orders

• Identify and report defects in finished products

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards

• Participate in cross-training and assist team members

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Production work experience preferred

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Strong attention to detail and punctuality

• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
