Technical Group Leader

Sanofi is seeking a Technical Group Leader for an 11.5-month contract. You will oversee technologists, manage inventory, and maintain the cleanroom environment essential for high-quality vaccine production. Key skills required include leadership, expertise in microbiology or chemistry, and process validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily work of technologists in production area

• Prepare detailed calculations for antigen adsorption

• Monitor and maintain cleanroom compliance

• Assist in validation and troubleshoot equipment

• Train new staff in cleanroom operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Science (Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

• Preferred Master’s degree with 1 year experience

• Strong knowledge of cGMP protocols

• Effective communication and leadership skills
