Position: Senior Facilitator in Lean Performance Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate improvement projects and collaborate with all levels

• Create effective Value Streams and Process Maps

• Coach teams during planning and execution of projects

• Contribute to developing continuous improvement methodologies

• Prepare training and development materials for team advancement

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Business preferred

• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Demonstrated capability in lean training

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent time management and project organization
