Our client is seeking a hands-on leader for the Stone Fabrication Supervisor role. This position requires a solid background in CNC machine operation and previous supervisory experience in manufacturing. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor quality control, and implement improvements to ensure seamless operations on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production line activities of operators and fabricators

• Participate in operations for additional technical support

• Meet production schedules and output targets consistently

• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions

• Train and motivate team members to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machine operation experience

• Previous supervisory experience in fabrication or manufacturing

• Strong understanding of shop-floor operations and quality control

• Excellent communication skills in English

• College degree in a relevant field
