Bel Pak seeks a Manufacturing Shift Leader to drive performance within its production team. This full-time position is crucial for achieving production goals while ensuring process improvements and quality standards. Flexibility for day, afternoon, and night shifts is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production teams to meet targets

• Assign tasks and manage staff throughout shifts

• Conduct employee training on SOP practices

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols

• Prepare detailed end-of-shift performance reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
