Key Responsibilities:

• Coach team members to adhere to quality standards

• Deliver comprehensive training and onboarding

• Maintain staff attendance and punctuality records

• Delegate daily tasks effectively for optimal workflow

• Provide continuous feedback on performance

Requirements:

• Capability for physical work and lifting 50 pounds

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Understanding of production lines and processes

• Flexibility to work various shifts including overtime

• Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus
