Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations from receiving to packaging

• Monitor production throughput, yield, and waste

• Maintain accurate operational and regulatory records

• Investigate quality control concerns and manage corrective actions

• Lead and mentor staff and volunteers in a safe workspace

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a food production setting

• Strong supervisory background in manufacturing

• Expertise in compliance systems and safety protocols

• Familiarity with production management software

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
