Position: Mixing Operator - Weekend Shift ( 7:00 am-3:00 pm )

Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am‑3:00pm)

Hourly Rate: $23.26/hr

Responsibilities
  • Gather, verify, and combine ingredients per formulas and production schedule, ensuring all materials and weights are accurate.
  • Operate mixing equipment (e.g., ribbon blender) using control panels and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and use ERP systems to issue and track material consumption.
  • Maintain cleanliness, equipment sanitation, and safety compliance in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including cleaning equipment after each mix and following all safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with departments and shift teams to manage materials, resolve discrepancies, and track production schedules.
  • Prepare production documentation, quality samples, and ensure proper sign-offs and product transfer.
  • Handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting, scooping, bending, standing, and operating equipment such as forklifts.
  • Operate an N9 NIOSH‑approved fitted respirator (“N95”) or approved alternative and comply with fit‑testing requirements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform physical job tasks safely and effectively.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including comprehension of instructions, correspondence, and memos.
