As part of a forward-thinking team at Intero, the Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in project administration and equipment coordination. You'll leverage over four years of experience in manual machining and CNC operation, contributing to unique manufacturing solutions and maintaining high-quality standards throughout. This role involves working collaboratively to ensure project success while maintaining a safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up manual equipment for repairs and modifications
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measurements
• Assemble and disassemble robotic equipment for tasks
• Maintain cleanliness in the Machine and Fabrication Shop
• Provide innovative solutions for manufacturing challenges
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience with manual lathes and mills
• Strong mechanical and assembly drawings interpretation
• Skilled with hand tools and capable of lifting 50 lbs
• 2+ years' experience with CNC milling machines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
