As a Filling Associate Manager at DECIEM, you will lead teams on the manufacturing floor while promoting efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Instill continuous improvement practices across teams

• Optimize production processes to minimize downtime

• Lead production operations while ensuring safety standards

• Identify and act on equipment defects through inspections

• Follow GMP and maintain production cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in processing and packaging

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus

• Strong supervisory abilities and problem-solving skills

• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience

• Entrepreneurial passion for innovation in beauty
