Position: Cabinetmakers Foreman for Custom Projects
Lead cabinetmaking efforts as a Cabinetmakers Foreman, supervising fabrication and installation of custom cabinetry across residential and commercial projects. Oversee team productivity and ensure quality from start to finish.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will supervise and coordinate the work of cabinetmakers and other support personnel. Your focus will be on maintaining high-quality standards in cabinetry, ensuring precise measurements, and adhering to project specifications. Leverage your blueprint reading skills to structure workflows while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cabinetmaking and assembly of custom cabinetry

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards

• Coordinate shop and on-site manufacturing activities

• Estimate material costs and requisition supplies

• Train apprentices on production and safety techniques

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in cabinetmaking

• Supervisory experience required

• Proficient in Sketch Up and Mozaik

• Knowledge of cabinetry design principles

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
