Position: Shift Supervisor for BelPak Operations
Become a Shift Supervisor with Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. at the Thorn mount facility in Scarborough. Lead teams, manage production schedules, and ensure quality control in a fast-paced environment.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations to meet production demands and foster a positive workplace. This full-time role demands strong leadership skills to enhance team performance and efficiency. You will be responsible for training, monitoring safety, and conducting shifts across various hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure productivity levels align with targets

• Plan and assign tasks for production teams

• Train staff on operational standards and procedures

• Address quality concerns and implement solutions

• Compile end-of-shift reports for management review

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary

• 3 years’ experience in supervisory roles in manufacturing

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

• Strong communication skills needed

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required
