Become a key player at Eataly Yorkville as a Full-Time Bread Baker. Master the art of baking authentic Italian breads and focaccia while working overnight shifts.
As a Bread Baker in Eataly’s renowned 24-hour bakery, you will produce high-quality bread items essential for our restaurants and retail operations. This full-time role requires you to follow specific proofing and baking techniques, maintain sanitary production standards, and engage with guests interested in our bread-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of bread, focaccia, and rolls
• Utilize proper baking techniques for each type of bread
• Maintain a clean food production area per health standards
• Assist Sales Associates and engage with customers
• Master shifts and production processes across various areas
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of baking experience required
• Basic measuring and math skills essential
• Availability for overnight shifts and flexible scheduling
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work with various ovens
