This role offers a unique opportunity to master authentic recipes in a fun and rewarding environment.
As a Bread Baker at Eataly, you will work in a 24-hour bakery, focusing on preparing high-quality bread, focaccia, and rolls. The position demands strict adherence to Italian baking techniques while keeping a sanitary workspace. You'll also assist customers curious about our baking process and collaborate with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce bread, focaccia, and rolls for various operations
• Implement authentic baking techniques and proofing methods
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area
• Strive to master all bakery shifts and processes
• Engage with guests and assist in sales as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related baking experience
• Strong math and measuring skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights
