Batching Operator

Position: Join Our Team as a Batching Operator

In this role, you will work alongside the Line Lead, ensuring all operations align with customer specifications and food safety regulations. You'll be responsible for conducting inspections, programming machinery, and managing ingredient measurements to ensure efficient production. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential in this high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to assigned batching station and check schedules

• Conduct thorough safety inspections before operations

• Operate machinery and program ingredients using HMI

• Cook sauces while adhering to quality control measures

• Transfer finished products to filling machines

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in food manufacturing

• Required High School Diploma

• Preferred cooking experience

• Familiarity with lift truck operation

• Strong willingness to learn and grow
