Support post-production processing as a Third Operations Operator at Rocket EMS. Focus on mechanical assembly, depaneling, and inspection in a dynamic PCBA manufacturing environment.
In this role, candidates will perform various hands-on operations after SMT and coating processes. You will be responsible for mechanical assembly tasks, inspecting printed circuit board assemblies, and ensuring quality throughout production. Strong attention to detail and previous experience in electronics or related production work are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform depaneling of circuit board assemblies safely
• Execute press-fit operations as per instructions
• Complete mechanical assembly including hardware installation
• Inspect assemblies for defects and quality issues
• Maintain organized work area compliant with safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA assembly
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and drawings
• Strong detail orientation to identify workmanship issues
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment
• Dependability in fast-paced manufacturing environments
