As a Machine Operator Assistant, your role involves assisting with machine setups and ensuring high-quality production outcomes. You'll be engaged in material staging, resolving jams, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This position emphasizes maintaining safety protocols while working collaboratively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with machine changeovers and setups
• Prepare production materials efficiently
• Monitor and report on product quality
• Conduct material handling and pallet support
• Participate in safety and cleaning efforts
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Understanding of technical documentation
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and skills
• Must attend an on-site interview on July 14
