Position: Antares Manufacturing Engineer Role

Your role involves advancing processes from prototype to production while leading teams in problem-solving challenges related to hardware manufacturing. You will enhance operational efficiency through process control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and innovate manufacturing processes for reactor sub-systems

• Participate in design reviews for manufacturability improvements

• Collaborate across disciplines to refine design compatibility

• Lead investigations of manufacturing discrepancies

• Provide training on best practices in manufacturing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics

• 2+ years in special process manufacturing or related experience

• Proficiency in CAD and work instruction documentation

• Understanding of manufacturing management systems

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving history
