Position: Supervisor of Food Processing at Second Harvest
Enhance food distribution and production as a Supervisor at Second Harvest in Etobicoke, ON. This full-time, onsite role focuses on operational leadership in our new facility.

As the Production & Distribution Supervisor, you will manage the entire process of food handling, from production to distribution. You will uphold quality standards, compliance regulations, and staff training, all aimed at feeding communities and reducing waste in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fruit and vegetable processing operations

• Coordinate production alignments with inventory needs

• Track performance metrics and efficiencies

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Lead staff training and scheduling initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in food processing

• Experience in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory frameworks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems

• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
