The Assembly Technician works independently and collaboratively, executing both technical and mechanical responsibilities such as grinding and chemical cleaning. Required skills include the ability to interpret blueprints, monitor quality items, and maintain precise documentation. You'll play a crucial role in continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards while showcasing attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grinding and chemical cleaning tasks accurately
• Execute production under controlled conditions safely
• Maintain accountability and traceability in work
• Control critical quality items and monitor standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like TPM
Requirements:
• Minimum high school completion, Technical Diploma preferred
• 1-2 years experience in assembly or hardware installation
• Strong communication and mathematical skills
• Ability to lift 10–30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Focused on safety and quality in every task
