As a dedicated Product Developer, you'll create and implement development plans for new products, ensuring they meet project objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will facilitate innovation within the food sector and manage projects using Danone’s methodologies. You'll represent R&I interests while developing formulas that comply with regulatory and quality requirements and collaborating with production and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement new product development plans
• Collaborate with Marketing for innovative initiatives
• Follow Danone’s methodology in managing projects
• Act as R&I liaison in project teams
• Design pilot tests and coordinate tastings with marketing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in food science;
Master’s is a plus
• 3-10 years of experience in product development
• Skilled in project management and IT
• Experience with manufacturing scale-up
• Bilingual in French and English
