Arc's Supervisor of Production

Lead the way as Arc’s Supervisor of Production, focusing on high-voltage systems and battery manufacturing in Los Angeles. Engage technically demanding assembly processes within the electrification of marine technology.

This is a crucial full-time on-site position where you’ll manage the assembly of critical components such as battery packs and harnesses. You will mentor a team of technicians and ensure production efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage safety, quality, and delivery performance metrics

• Coach and develop production technician teams

• Implement daily plans while coordinating team efforts
