At Ya YA Foods, the Maintenance Mechanic will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and play a crucial role in maintaining machinery, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting team training initiatives. The position requires hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting various equipment types in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine checks on machinery for damage

• Service conveyors, palletizers, and labelers

• Maintain and repair PLC and mechanical systems

• Troubleshoot equipment and hardware with minimal supervision

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of maintenance experience required

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and mechanical tools

• Ability to read manuals and blueprints

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
