Position: Scarborough Assembly Technician Role
We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our Scarborough operations team. This full-time position emphasizes safety, mechanical tasks, and continuous improvement.

In this Assembly Technician role, you’ll perform a range of technical tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your main focus will be on operating under safety protocols and maintaining documentation while working both independently and collaboratively. You will utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and mechanical tasks under controlled conditions

• Maintain an organized and clean workspace

• Control critical quality aspects during production

• Engage in 5S and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives

• Follow detailed blueprints and work instructions

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or minimum high school education

• 1-2 years of assembly experience

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Able to lift and manage 10-30 lbs
