Position: Full-Time MRO Fitter at Safran

Safran is seeking a full-time MRO Fitter to join its team in Ajax. In this technician role, you will assemble and repair critical aircraft components while utilizing your knowledge of blueprints and hydraulic schemes. Experience in lean manufacturing and problem-solving is essential to identify non-conformances and work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble aircraft landing gear components

• Identify proper fits and alignments of parts

• Repair and maintain landing gear systems

• Read blueprints and hydraulic schemes accurately

• Use hand and machine tools effectively

Requirements:

• Graduation from Aircraft Maintenance College or AME license preferred

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Proficient in reading technical drawings

• Ability to identify corrosion and abnormalities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
