At MAGROUP CANADA - CFN Precision, we are looking for experienced Lathe Machine Operators. Ideal candidates will bring 5-10 years of precision machining experience, preferably within aerospace, and possess the ability to set up and operate CNC lathes. Engage in problem-solving, tool verification, and maintain compliance with AS9100 standards for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes per setup sheets

• Verify tools and measurements to ensure part conformity

• Perform inspections and record results in MOS

• Maintain equipment and report any safety hazards

• Collaborate with NC programmers on machining solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma required

• 5-10 years precision machining experience preferred

• Ability to interpret technical drawings

• Familiarity with AS9100 and aerospace standards

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
