Sanofi Technical Group Leader - Manufacturing

Lead Sanofi’s manufacturing operations as a Technical Group Leader on the night shift in Toronto, Ontario. Drive innovation in Downstream/Upstream production activities effectively.

This fixed-term position is a great opportunity for a Technical Group Leader to manage a talented team in Sanofi’s B200 facility. You will be responsible for coordinating manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating both operational and safety training for your team members. Lead transformative projects that significantly impact public health through efficient pharmaceutical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical staff's daily manufacturing tasks

• Review and maintain GMP documentation accuracy

• Ensure equipment validity and compliance

• Conduct inspections and facilitate training

• Oversee material logistics and supply orders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Educational background in life sciences or engineering

• Proficient in manufacturing processes and quality systems

• Experience with both manual and automated systems

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
