In this role, you will steer a passionate Skunk works team at MIMOSA, focusing on developing cutting-edge multi-modal imaging. Your engagement with clinicians will inform product development, ensuring that prototypes effectively address clinical issues. By validating prototypes and translating outcomes into development tickets, you will bridge the gap between innovative concepts and practical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinicians to discern vital diagnostic needs

• Supervise Skunk works engineers on priority projects

• Validate innovations with users and internal teams

• Write clear, actionable development tickets from prototypes

• Ensure QMS compliance in final product design

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience

• Focus on medical devices, imaging, or digital health

• Strong skills in clinical workflow analysis

• Ability to define clear acceptance criteria

• Understanding the regulatory landscape of diagnostic tools
