Production Leader in Aerospace Manufacturing

As the Assembly Team Leader, you'll manage the entire Assembly Department and oversee both assembly and support staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce quality products on schedule and within budget

• Improve efficiency through standardized work practices

• Manage training and development of assembly staff

• Collaborate on work scheduling with the Assembly Program Planner

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or Operations

• Five years' experience in an assembly environment

• Knowledge of ERP systems and shop floor management

• Effective problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with aerospace components is preferred
