Gummy Manufacturing Operations Leader

Take on a critical role at a Toronto area manufacturing firm focused on natural health and wellness as an Operations Leader for gummy production. This position involves hands-on management to meet production targets and quality standards.

As an Operations Leader, you will report to the President and ensure that production schedules and compliance tasks are effectively executed. Your leadership will guide production staff, implement Lean practices, and collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and scale products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production schedules via Netsuite

• Monitor efficiency, yield, and downtime

• Develop SOPs for GMP compliance and audits

• Ensure safety and allergen control measures

• Coach and evaluate production team members

Requirements:

• BS or Diploma in relevant fields preferrable

• 6-10 years in regulated manufacturing environments

• 2-4 years experience in a managerial role

• Hands-on experience with gummy processes

• Strong knowledge of GMP and Health Canada regulations
