The Manufacturing Technician for CNC Optics focuses on the generation, polishing, and turning of optical components. You will manage detailed quality checks and troubleshoot to ensure high standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Polish and troubleshoot optical components accurately
• Analyze mechanical schematics for proper integration
• Diagnose spherical and aspheric optical issues
• Document manufacturing processes meticulously
• Participate in process improvements and collaboration
Requirements:
• Diploma in Photonics or relevant field with 2 years experience
• High School Diploma plus 6 years experience in a related role
• Proficiency in optical assembly and diagnosing systems
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
