The Manufacturing Technician for CNC Optics focuses on the generation, polishing, and turning of optical components. You will manage detailed quality checks and troubleshoot to ensure high standards. Collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to AS9100 protocols will enhance your impact on production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and troubleshoot optical components accurately

• Analyze mechanical schematics for proper integration

• Diagnose spherical and aspheric optical issues

• Document manufacturing processes meticulously

• Participate in process improvements and collaboration

Requirements:

• Diploma in Photonics or relevant field with 2 years experience

• High School Diploma plus 6 years experience in a related role

• Proficiency in optical assembly and diagnosing systems

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
