Flexible Circuit SMT Operator Position

In the PFC Flexible Circuits division of OSI Electronics, the SMT Operator will work from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, operating essential SMT machinery. This includes pick-and-place units, stencil printers, and inspection systems, all while performing quality checks and resolving production challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operation and setup of SMT equipment

• Ensure quality through thorough inspection processes

• Handle component verification for assemblies

• Document downtime and escalate issues accordingly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma sought after

• Experience in a manufacturing SMT environment preferred

• Understanding of BOMs and assembly instructions

• Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset

• Lift up to 25 lbs safely as needed
