Array Marketing is expanding and seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to enhance operations at our Scarborough facility. This position requires strong skills in ERP, BOMs, and a solid foundation in contract and discrete manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product launches and optimize production workflows effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ERP systems, BOM, and MOM structures
• Support structured gate reviews for product launches
• Conduct time studies and perform cost analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor
• Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in contract manufacturing environments
• Strong ERP knowledge and hands-on BOM usage
• Familiarity with Kaizen and Lean methodologies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
