Now Hiring:
Equipment Cleaner– Night Shift

Pay: $19.86/hour + 4% Vacation Pay

Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Mon-Fri

Location:

Scarborough Agincourt (cosmetics manufacturer)

Training: The first 3 weeks may be training on day shift will be completed on the day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented
Equipment Cleaner
to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and reassembling production equipment to ensure it meets Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and is ready for the next production run.

What You'll Do
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble production equipment.

  • Follow GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Health & Safety requirements.

  • Inspect equipment prior to use to identify and prevent potential issues.

  • Use approved cleaning agents and sanitizers safely and effectively.

  • Prepare equipment for production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Support departmental goals and complete additional tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with GMP and 5S standards.

  • Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies.

  • Proactively identify and report safety concerns.

What We're Looking For
  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 months of related work experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use small hand tools.

  • Experience with equipment assembly and disassembly is considered an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
